Welcome back! I hope everyone is doing okay during this pandemic and taking the appropriate measure to ensure safety. Today I’ve decided to write my blog post about a brand of shoes that I personally adore the most, New Rocks.
The company originally was started in 1929 by Antonio Ortuño Martinez, Martinez started making handmade shoes with double stitched GOODYEAR quality. While it began in 1929 the artistic vision for what the brand truly wanted to achieve wasn’t sought out until Martinez’s son, Pedro Ortuño, took over in 1980. New Rocks are known for their incredibly comfortable soles while also maintaining an impressive level of quality and originality. These shoes have a wide variety of different styles and material which is something I greatly appreciate because nowadays many modern day shoes from companies like Nike, Adidas, or any other variation of popular brands all have a very similar style and look to them. While a little on the heavier side New Rocks come with platforms that are great for any cyber or punk looks and can match with an assortment of garments. The only negative thing about New Rocks would have to be their high prices but I believe purchasing them would be a good investment for anybody who’s interested in high quality and original shoes.
