Summary

Initially, I created this blog for an FDOM class at Texas State University, however, after awhile I thoroughly enjoyed creating blog posts. For future reference I’d love to include more specific things about designers and branch out towards reviews about other things I enjoy such as music and the music industry as well as writing reviews on animes. While I promoted my content on Twitter I could also start promoting things on Instagram and Facebook to have a greater outreach of people to see my blog. The best experience of this semester-long project was being able to go out and look for clothes to write about on my blog page. Furthermore, this experience will greatly benefit me in the future if I decide to become a blogger and if I don’t, this experience still shaped me towards becoming a better writer. I could use these tools to implement in my future job if I continue pursuing journalism or if I change to graphic design because this class has taught me a lot about coding and writing in a professional manner.

My most popular week would actually be this week. I got 10 views and 6 visitors just today. My most popular post was my recent post about New Rocks and I believe it got more views and visitors due to the different hashtags I used. While none of the Site Stats data was all that surprising, I’m actually more surprised people viewed any of my posts at all. I have no other social media stats I would like to share.
